As a service to the community, Toltec Calendar has attempted to link interested parties to the practice of Toltec Dreaming. In December of 2006, we received a letter from Allyless, Inc. (don Miguel Ruiz's and don Jose Luis Ruiz's legal representatives) asserting their ownership of the expression "Toltec Dreaming." The letter also requires all persons not approved to present his teachings to desist from future activities.

As Seers of don Miguel's art, we at Toltec Calendar choose not to be involved in any disputes or controversy relating to don Miguel or his teachings. Accordingly, we have decided to remove all schedules for the activity called "Dreaming."
